IHG Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with luxury real estate developer Sankari, is set to launch the world’s first standalone upper-luxury Regent Residences in Dubai.
The Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, a twin-tower development designed by Foster + Partners, will be situated in the city’s Marasi Marina neighborhood. The project will feature 63 luxury units alongside 10 floating homes, representing a landmark development for IHG’s luxury portfolio in the Middle East. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
This new development highlights Dubai’s growing influence in the branded residences sector, driven by increased demand for premium lifestyle offerings. "Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place represented an unmissable opportunity for IHG to strengthen our offering in Dubai's branded residential space,” said Haitham Mattar, IHG’s Managing Director for India, the Middle East, and Africa.
Mark Phoenix, CEO of Sankari, emphasized the collaboration, stating that the project will create a state-of-the-art residential complex, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to residents.
With stunning waterfront views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai, the twin towers will offer expansive outdoor spaces, private pools, and luxurious amenities such as fitness centers, a golf simulator, and a cinema. This project aligns with IHG’s vision of establishing world-class Regent destinations globally.
