Tars Project Management, a leading venture capital firm in the UAE, has done their second round of funding with a premium holiday homes brand, to co-develop luxury properties in Goa. The move marks Tars' deeper foray into the state's booming luxury real estate market, as the company looks to capitalize on the rising demand for high-end vacation homes.
"Goa has long been a jewel in India's tourism crown, and we've been closely monitoring the evolution of its holiday home segment," said Rohan Menon, Director at Tars Project Management. "Through our partnership , we aim to bring Tars' expertise in designing and delivering world-class residential projects to this vibrant market."
The next co-developed project, slated for Anjuna, will feature a collection of luxurious holiday homes catering to the discerning tastes of high-net-worth individuals.
"Anjuna has emerged as one of Goa's most desirable locations for luxury holiday homes," Menon explained. "The area's stunning natural beauty, proximity to the beach, and unique cultural vibe make it a magnet for affluent travelers seeking a sophisticated yet relaxed getaway."
Menon believes that Goa's appeal as a premier vacation destination is stronger than ever. "Over the past few years, we've seen a significant uptick in demand for premium, design-forward holiday homes in Goa. Travelers are increasingly seeking experiences that go beyond the standard resort accommodation, and our partnership allows us to deliver exactly that."
According to Menon, other hotspot areas for holiday home investments in Goa include Vagator and Calangute. "Vagator offers a more laid-back, bohemian charm, attracting a discerning clientele in search of a peaceful retreat. Calangute, on the other hand, is a long-standing favorite among tourists, offering easy access to the beach, a vibrant dining and entertainment scene, and a well-developed infrastructure."
The rental yields on luxury holiday homes in these prime Goan locations can reach as high as 8-10% annually, Menon noted. "And with property values continuing to appreciate, investors can also benefit from strong capital gains over the long term."
As Tars deepens its presence in Goa, Menon is bullish on the state's long-term growth potential. "Goa's reputation as a premier vacation destination is only going to strengthen. By offering unparalleled design, amenities, and location, we're confident that our upcoming projects will attract discerning buyers and deliver exceptional returns for our investors."
