Does this mean that we need to just give up and let the world be? Dr. Desziree Richardson believes otherwise. An award-winning world visionary leader, motivational speaker, media personality, and entrepreneur, Dr. Richardson believes that it’s not too late to save the world. She is a well-reputed thought leader, and through her voice, she aims to cut through this noise of pessimism to stir just the right amount of optimism in the hearts and minds of people.

Unity and Equality for the Win
While most people believe that wars—both words and weapons—are the best way to win, Dr. Richardson enters bearing a completely different ideology. She believes that unity and equality are two critical factors that can contribute to this world’s betterment. Even though she is among the most prominent advocates of women's empowerment, she does not believe in bashing the other genders.
Is she a women empowerment advocate? Yes. But does she advocate for women while disregarding the other genders altogether? No. She is a feminist but for all the right reasons. She brings in an idea that people in the world, regardless of their genders, need to come together as unity and equality will turn out to be the world’s saving grace, “My wish is for everyone to be happy and to feel included. To live in a world where peace, love, kindness, and the energy of cosmic love can be radiated and thought through every human existence and experience.”
Dr. Richardson comes forth with a strong vision, ‘a world of hope far from the perils of the ego.’ Pessimistic elements such as ego, hate, and toxicity are what have ruined the essence of this world. So, how and what does she believe is needed to counter these elements to let the world shine bright in its best version? Well, this is where Dr. Richardson believes compassion, kindness, peace, and tolerance will prove to be game-changers.
A Woman of Action
The best thing about Dr. Richardson is that she is not ‘all words.’ She actually channels her vision into her enterprises—Women of Heart Awards (WOHA) and Gentlemen of Heart Awards (GOHA) being the best examples. WOHA is a project that beautifully celebrates unity among diverse women, exemplifying the humanitarian world through the elements that will end up saving the world: love, kindness, and compassion.
She says, “When a woman’s soul is healed, she vibrates in love, peace, and kindness.”
It recognizes women who channel these very elements into becoming leaders of significant impact and change. Additionally, this provides a platform to showcase diverse global women searching for a better world while spreading awareness of women and girls’ development and empowerment through education. It is set to take place on November 22 this year at the Leonardo Royal Hotel St. Paul’s London.
Gentlemen of Heart Awards is another of her enterprises that celebrates global men who have compassion for humanity and believe in integrity, authenticity, and humility. It is a yearly celebration, more of a way to say thank you to the world’s greatest male philanthropists, leaders, and humanitarians.
An Inclusive Community
One of the most critical elements of Dr. Richardson’s approach is building an inclusive community. Most of her focus is on constructing the pillars of a community where everyone feels heard, appreciated, and important. This is the complete opposite of what we usually see around us. We see the voices of many people being crushed and opinions going unheard. This approach can serve as a major contributor towards a world that we all dream of. While the world already knows about her achievements and accolades, this witty, intelligent, warm, and confiding woman is also the author of Women of Era, published in 2022. Not only this, but just six months ago, she launched the New Idea Innovation Initiative. The focus of this initiative is on innovative technologies to empower women and girls around the world. This led to the development of an app specifically tailored to the needs of women and girls. Under the Face of the Woha brand, this initiative aims to secure investment partnerships or collaborations to bring this vision to life. The app integrates the platform’s emblem into the design and functionality. It is a revolutionary step toward providing women with tools that promote empowerment, emotional intelligence, well-being, education, and a healthy lifestyle.
Her efforts and hard work don’t go unnoticed. She received two awards from Australia for the Women of the Era Initiative. Just recently on February 22nd she was awarded Business Icon by the Metropolitan Icon Business Awards in Dubai.
With her successful endeavors, Dr. Richardson is actively working toward fostering a strong foundation for the next generation. People like her are the epitome of hope.
