Transforming Wellness Tourism with Therme Dubai

Dubai is set to elevate its wellness and leisure offerings with the development of Therme Dubai, a state-of-the-art well-being resort and interactive park. With an estimated investment of Dh2 billion ($544 million), the project will be developed within Zabeel Park in partnership with Therme Group.

Aligning with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, this initiative aims to promote a healthier and more vibrant community while strengthening the city's global competitiveness in wellness and medical tourism. Therme Dubai is expected to be completed by 2028, backed by a consortium of local and international financial partners.

A World-Class Wellness Destination

Spanning 500,000 square feet and soaring 100 meters high, Therme Dubai is designed to accommodate up to 1.7 million visitors annually. The resort will offer a diverse range of wellness and recreational amenities, including:

• Natural therapeutic zones
• Thermal pools and spa treatments
• A Michelin-starred restaurant
• A play area featuring 15 waterslides
• Three cascading waterfalls, each 18 meters high
• Expansive 4,500m² indoor and terrace pools

The resort will integrate cutting-edge sustainable engineering, recycling 90% of its water and meeting 80% of its cooling and fresh air needs through clean energy.

Three Unique Zones for a Holistic Experience

Therme Dubai will be divided into three specialized zones, ensuring a balanced mix of entertainment, relaxation, and rejuvenation:

• Play Zone – A family-friendly space with water slides and interactive experiences.
• Relax Zone – Featuring relaxation pools and natural therapy treatments.
• Restore Zone – A rejuvenation hub with saunas, steam rooms, and global bathing traditions, including Roman, Turkish, and Japanese baths, as well as Nordic saunas.

In addition to wellness and recreation, the resort will feature immersive art experiences enhanced by technology, creating a cultural and sensory escape for guests.
