Gradually, he learned to build a healthy relationship with food and engage in targeted workouts with bodybuilding. He went from a size range of 40-42 in pants to a size 36 and now shares his proven tips and workout ideas on his social media handles.

Opening up about his journey on social media changed his perspective on life. He finds fulfillment in helping others achieve their health goals.
